The first national tour of the Tony Award-winning musical comedy The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee will come to The Merriam Theater at 250 S. Broad Street in Philadelphia from Tuesday, October 17 through Sunday, October 22, 2006 for eight performances

DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS will play its final performance at Broadway's Imperial Theatre on Sunday, September 3, 2006 at 3:00 pm. The show began previews on Monday, January 31, 2005, and played 36 preview performances. It will have played 666 regular performances since its opening night Thursday, March 3, 2005.

The sit-down production began previews at the Post Street Theatre (450 Post St.) on February 14 and had its official press opening on March 1.

The Dirty Rotten Producers are proud to announce that the National Touring Company of the Broadway smash hit will premiere Sunday, August 6th, 2006 at Seattle's Paramount Theatre. The Seattle run will continue through August 12th, followed by engagements across the country (to-be-announced).
