This week, FEINSTEIN’S/54 BELOW, Broadway’s Supper Club & Private Event Destination, will present some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz, and beyond.

CHICKEN & BISCUITS, the new comedy written by Douglas Lyons and directed by Zhailon Levingston, made its Broadway debut just last night, October 10, at the Circle in the Square Theatre (235 West 50th Street.) 'In The Light, A Faustian Tale' features performances by TONY Award Nominee Jeremy Jordan, Solea Pfeiffer, Ciara Renée, Antonio Cipriano, Bobby Conte Thornton, Aisha Jackson, Anne Fraser Thomas and more.

Heidi Blickenstaff will temporarily take over the role of Mary Jane Healy while Elizabeth Stanley is on maternity leave. Stanley is expected to return to the role, which she originated, on a limited schedule beginning in November. She will then share the role with Blickenstaff.

We spoke to Jagged Little Pill's Antonio Cipriano about working on Stone Crossed and In the Light in a virtual landscape, collaborating with fellow Broadway stars, and filling the void with beautiful art.

This ultra-talented cast hits their high note, blending strong voices with melodious ones to play to different parts of the story. Just like the main characters, the score is powerful, vibrant, and thought-provoking. It creates the perfect backdrop for this robust tale and creates suspense for the story arc. Another unique feature is that the lyrics also reflect the humanity in the characters and how they struggle with not having all the answers, such as in “Let Go of Me.” They speak candidly and display vulnerability in their words, providing a lens into their emotions.

The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts announced today that Jason Robert Brown, Savion Glover, Priscilla López, Susan Stroman, Marisha Wallace, and Christopher Wheeldon have joined the growing list of Broadway stars participating in I'm Still Here: A Virtual Benefit for the Billy Rose Theatre Division, airing June 23, 2021 on Broadway On Demand at 8pm EST and 8pm PST. The fundraiser will help raise critical funds for the Library for the Performing Arts' beloved Theatre Division as it celebrates its 90th anniversary this year.
