The Wilbury Theatre Group launches into 2018 with a bold new staging of Thornton Wilder's tragicomic masterpiece The Skin of Our Teeth directed by Wilbury Founder/Artistic Director Josh Short with music direction by Matt Requintina (Spring Awakening), January 18 through February 4 at their new home and performance space at 40 Sonoma Court, Olneyville.

Epic Theatre Company is throwing a barbecue! Last October, the theater presented the Rhode Island premiere of Robert O'Hara's 'Bootycandy.' Next month, Epic will be premiering another ingenious work by Mr. O'Hara-the biting and brilliant 'Barbecue.' For this production, Epic will be using its brand new outdoor space at 50 Rolfe to create an immersive experience that's going to put the audience right in the middle of one big family feud. Epic Theatre Company is launching its new season with Anna Deavere Smith's politically evocative House Arrest: A Search for American Character In and Around the White House, Past and Present. The one-woman show has been transformed into a riveting ensemble piece featuring some of Rhode Island's finest actors.

Trinity Repertory Company presents Lope de Vega's Like Sheep to Water, or Fuente Ovejuna translated by Curt Columbus and directed by Mark Valdez, with original music by Jerediah Gonzalez. Performances run through June 11. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast in action below!
