Present Theatre presents Dominic Taylor's new play, STOP SEARCH, from April 27 till May 26 at the Catford Broadway Theatre. The show is directed by Thierry Harcourt and designed by Libby Watson with lighting by Andrew May and Consultant Paule Constable. The score was written by Daniel Adeyemi and Jermaine Opara.

Park Square Theatre presents American Family, a world premiere commission, produced in association with Carlyle Brown & Company, March 16 through April 7. Marion McClinton, who directed his first play in 1981 in the old Park Square Court building, will direct this new work by playwright Carlyle Brown-who will also act in the production.

The Guthrie Theater today announced complete casting for the presentation of Carlyle Brown & Company's Are You Now or Have You Ever Been…, a speculative drama about the clash between art and politics that celebrates the legacy of Langston Hughes and his history of literary activism in the face of oppressive power. This new and original piece will play from May 4 - 20, 2012 in the Dowling Studio.

Harold Pinter's celebrated play, THE BIRTHDAY PARTY, appears at the Jungle Theater for the first time and features an all-star cast, including Richard Ooms and Claudia Wilkens as Petey and Meg Boles, and Stephen Cartmell as Stanley Webber, the lone lodger in the Boles' shabby English boarding house. One of the great black comedies of the 20th century, The Birthday Party will be on stage April 6-May 13 at the Lyn-Lake theater, 2951 Lyndale Av. S., in Minneapolis.
