J2 Spotlight Theater Company Will Return to Theatre Row This Spring

J2 Spotlight Musical Theater Company will return, for their third consecutive season, to Theatre Row. The slate of show will include three productions running for two consecutive weeks each from Thursday, April 13 through Sunday, May 21, 2023.

Earlier this week, The Nederlander Organization unveiled the new Lena Horne Theatre in honor of the iconic entertainer and civil rights activist. This is the first Broadway theatre in history to be named for a Black woman. BroadwayWorld was there and you can check out photos from the ceremony here!

The best of Broadway was at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre on Thursday, where The Piano Lesson, directed by Tony Award nominee LaTanya Richardson Jackson and starring Samuel L. Jackson, John David Washington, and Danielle Brooks, opened on Broadway. Over the weekend, the Original Immersive Van Gogh celebrated its highly-anticipated return to New York City with a 'Starry Night' reopening at Pier 36 (229 South St). Immersive Van Gogh, the blockbuster art installation of the iconic work by Vincent van Gogh, is back by popular demand through January 2, 2022.

The 2022 season, running February 10 - March 20, 2022 at Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street - between 9th and Dyer Avenues), will include A Class Act, A Day in Hollywood / A Night in the Ukraine, and The Baker’s Wife.
