Sheridan Whiteside, having dined at the home of the Stanleys, slips on their doorstep, breaking his hip. A tumultuous six weeks of confinement follow and the Stanley family’s life is turned upside down. Hilarious incidents follow that boggle reason and produce the greatest of comedies.

Auditions are at the Devonshire Cultural Center 4400 Greenwood Street Skokie, IL 60076 and are by appointment on Monday & Tuesday, December 3 & 4 / 7-10 p.m. These should be scheduled through Robin Horwitz at rhhorwitz@skokieparks.org Callbacks, if needed are Wednesday, December 5 / 7-10P.

Actors ages 16+ are encouraged to audition. Packets which detail requirements for the audition are available at https://www.skokieparks.org/devonshire-playhouse.

As a community theatre, an actor's production fee of $54.00 is required if cast. However this fee can include a comparable value of show tickets for each actor.

Performances: Thursdays & Saturdays, February 7, 9, 14 & 16 / 7P and Sundays, February 10 & 17 / 3P at The Devonshire Cultural Center
