We are looking for 3 actors.
Celestina is traditionally a latinx woman in her 20s.
Anibal is traditionally a latinx man in his 30s.
Nelson is traditionally a latinx man in his 20s.
We are open to flexible or nontraditional casting and encourage everyone to audition. The role of Nelson does not have to be latinx, though the other two roles will be filled by latinx actors.
Rehearsals and Season:
Rehearsals: Apr. 22 to May 16, Mon to Fri, 6 pm.
Preview: May 17th, 8:00pm.
Opening: May 18th, 8:00 pm.
Run: May 19, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 30, 31, June 1
8:00 pm showtime. Sundays, 3 pm.
Sides for AUDITIONS will be sent via email by Mar. 24th. There will be a selection from the play for each character, and it is entirely up to you which selection you'd like to prepare. Your decision will not have bearing over which part(s) for which you are called back.
Sides for CALLBACKS (which will be the 31st) will be sent via email the night of Mar. 30th.
