SCERA announces April 24-25 auditions for “Big River: The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn,” the second show of the 2018 Summer Season at SCERA Shell Outdoor Theatre
The SCERA Shell Outdoor Theatre announces auditions for the second show of its 2018 summer season, “Big River: The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.” It will be directed by Jerry Elison.
“Big River” will play July 6-21 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays @ 8:00pm.
Auditions will be held Tuesday, April 24 or Wednesday, April 25 from 7:00-9:00pm at SCERA Center for the Arts,
745 South State, Orem. Callbacks, for those invited, will be held Saturday, April 28, and will include a dance audition.
All roles are available. Auditioners ages 14 and older should prepare to sing 16 bars from a Broadway musical. An accompanist or IPOD playback will be available – please bring your music. Auditions are done by appointment, and you can submit your audition form online and sign up for a time at
www.scera.org under the Stage tab. A resume and headshot is helpful to bring with you, but is not required.
