Broadway's Come From Away is playing at Segerstrom Center for the Arts through February 17, 2019.

A group of Orange County's 99s attended the show last night and met four of the cast members): Becky Gulsvig, who portrays history-making female pilot, Beverly Bass, Adam Stoler, Julie Garnye and Julie Johnson after the show for a private talk back.

The Orange County 99s are a dynamic group of women pilots based in and around John Wayne Airport in Orange County, California. They are the local chapter of Ninety-Nines, which is the International Organization of Women Pilots founded by Amelia Earhart in 1929.

COME FROM AWAY tells the remarkable true story of 7,000 stranded passengers and the small town in Newfoundland that welcomed them. Cultures clashed and nerves ran high, but uneasiness turned into trust, music soared into the night, and gratitude grew into enduring friendships.

Tickets to COME FROM AWAY start at $29 and are on sale now at SCFTA.org, by calling (714) 556-2787 and at the Box Office at 600 Town Center Drive in Costa Mesa.
