THE QUEEN MUSIC CHAPEL ELISABETH Comes To Opera Monte Carlo Next Month The Opera Monte Carlo presents the comical opera THE QUEEN MUSIC ELISABETH CHAPEL, running on Oct. 13 and Oct. 14.

Inaugurated in 1939 by Queen Elizabeth of Belgium, the Musical Chapel is a high place of higher artistic and cultural education whose vocation is to train future elites of the international classical scene. His artistic mission brings together seven disciplines around sixty soloists in residence, supervised by internationally renowned masters in residence.

For the first time, the Monte-Carlo Opera will welcome the young singers of the Music Chapel trained by José van Dam and Sophie Koch. The interpretation of a comic opera in a semi-scenic format will allow them to present themselves to the Monegasque public not only on the musical level but also on that of the dramatic art. With the help of a director, costumes, scenery and an experienced guide, they will find on the stage of this singular theater, the ideal place to make this passage between the intimacy of places of transmission of knowledge and the vivacity of the limelight.
