Bay Street Hosts THE CAROLE KING TRIBUTE: HOME AGAIN

Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is pleased to announce The Carole King Tribute: Home Again will be live in concert on Saturday, February 9 at 8 pm. Tickets are $35 in advance and $45 day of the event and are available at baystreet.org or by calling the Box Office at 631-725-9500 Tuesday - Saturday 11 am - 5 pm.

HOME AGAIN pays tribute to the singer/songwriter while also adding their own musicianship, interpreting Carole King songs with love & respect. No stone is unturned, covering the entire repertoire of the multi-award-winning singer/songwriter Carole King. Included on the list are songs Carole wrote and recorded on her own as well as songs she wrote that were recorded by other musicians. She made her mark with Tapestry in 1971 but was already a well-established songwriter for over a decade starting with her first hit in 1960 Will You Love Me Tomorrow recorded by The Shirelles.

Other well-known hits from Carole include Pleasant Valley Sunday by The Monkees, Take Good Care of My Baby by Bobby Vee, Up on the Roof by The Drifters & many more old favorites. The concert takes you on a musical journey spanning decades of amazing music!

HOME AGAIN, comprised of professional musicians who have been working together for over 30 years, is dedicated to preserving Carole's legacy. The band includes - Deb De Lucca (Carole): piano & lead vocals, Keith Droz: drums & vocals, Bobby Sproviero: bass & vocals, Rich Weiner: Acoustic & Electric guitar, John McDonough: keyboards & vocals, Stantawn Kendrick: sax & flute.

Bay Street Theater and Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is a year-round, not-for-profit professional theater and community cultural center which endeavors to innovate, educate, and entertain a diverse community through the practice of the performing arts. We serve as a social and cultural gathering place, an educational resource, and a home for a community of artists.
