Legends in Concert, the longest-running show in Las Vegas, has announced an all-new residency at Tropicana Las Vegas. Set to debut the second week of February 2019, the acclaimed production boasting an incomparable cast of music legends, will bring its 35-year continuously operating musical tribute spectacular to the Legends in Concert Theater as its 7 p.m. headlining show.

"We are excited to welcome our newest residency addition, Legends in Concert, to the iconic Tropicana Las Vegas," said Aaron Rosenthal, VP and General Manager for Tropicana Las Vegas. "This one-of-a-kind show has entertained more than 35 million fans around the globe, and its remarkable history on The Strip makes for the perfect partnership - where two legends in Las Vegas come together. The addition of Legends in Concert to our entertainment lineup demonstrates Penn National Gaming's ongoing commitment to make the experience at Tropicana better than ever."

Known as the pioneer of live tribute shows, Legends in Concerts made its Las Vegas Strip debut in 1983 and to this day, the multifaceted show continues to evolve its collection of live tribute artists. From artists such as Elvis Presley to Aretha Franklin, Sting to Michael Jackson, legendary performers not only look like the stars they portray, but also use their own natural voices to pay homage to their iconic music counterparts. The show will feature a variety of elaborate theatrical sets, magnificent costumes and a full array of incredible special effects, and much more.

"We are thrilled to unveil our all-new production at our new legendary home, Tropicana Las Vegas, building on the show's three and a half decades of success, while also beginning a powerful multi-year agreement between two Vegas icons," said Brian Brigner, chief operating officer of On Stage Enterprises, producers of Legends. "We are delighted to expand our relationship with Penn National Gaming via a long-term multi-dimensional partnership, and move the flagship version of our production to the famed four corners of the Las Vegas Strip. We are grateful to our long-time host Flamingo Las Vegas, where our currently scheduled performances will continue through the end of the year, prior to commencing our performances this February at our new Las Vegas home."

Since its debut in 1983, Legends in Concert has earned countless entertainment industry awards including "Show of the Year," "Entertainers of the Year," "Grand Slam," the prestigious "Show of Shows" awarded by the International Press Association, and was most recently awarded the 2018 "Casino Production Show of the Year," at the sixth annual Casino Entertainment Awards, presented by The Global Gaming Expo (G2E).
