Carve Prime Rib - an elegant and upscale steakhouse dining experience presenting incredible value - has made its debut at the Cannery Casino Hotel located in North Las Vegas.

Spanning nearly 3,700 square feet, Carve Prime Rib is inviting and comfortable featuring a completely fresh design and distinctly rustic 19th century vibe. Cardinal red clamshell booths adorn the perimeter of the dining room, offering a dramatic touch to the atmosphere. The venue's walls and ceilings are lined with gloss black moldings and trim, accompanied by blackened-steel industrial era mirrors and antique frames. The lounge offers an intimate space upon entering and features a communal table surrounded by an impressive array of large-screen televisions.

Dining

The signature restaurant highlights a rib-centric menu centered around 40-day dry-aged Midwestern corn-fed prime rib. Offering four cuts from 10 to 16 ounces, each selection is served with a house salad or corn chowder and buttery mashed potatoes.

The menu also features house-made appetizers, steaks, seafood, chops, specialty entrées and delectable desserts. Notable appetizers include Prime Rib Sliders, Prime Rib Burger and Portobello Mushroom and Asparagus Fries. Dinner highlights include Roasted Salmon, Fried or Roasted Chicken, Pork Porterhouse, Scallops and Shrimp and USDA Prime 10-ounce Sirloin. The Sizzling Deep Dish Apple Pie is a must try dessert, accompanied by other mouthwatering selections such as Chocolate Layer Cake and Crème Brulee.

Drinks

Carve Prime Rib also presents guests with a sophisticated space to enjoy a drink and appetizers in the lounge. The bar menu features a plentiful list of signature cocktails, highlighting classic concoctions like the Manhattan, Old Fashioned and Side Car. Signature Champagne cocktails will also delight such as Fizz with Grey Goose vodka, elderflower, fresh lime juice topped with Champagne. The restaurant also features a quality wine list featuring well-priced selections and a collection of domestic and imported brew.

Carve serves dinner Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. The restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 702-507-5777 or visiting cannerycasino.com.
