20s-50s, woman of color, strong blues/jazz singer with dance experience. Comfortable singing tight harmonies. All actors in the production will play instruments—we are especially looking for people who play piano, percussion, or bass. (Multi-instrumentalists who can play in the Big Band style are especially encouraged.)
[TENOR]
20s-50s, male, any ethnicity, strong singer and dancer. Comfortable singing tight harmonies. All actors in the production will play instruments—we are especially looking for people who play piano, percussion, or bass. (Multi-instrumentalists who can play in the Big Band style are especially encouraged.)
[BARITONE]
20s-50s, male, any ethnicity, strong singer and dancer. Comfortable singing tight harmonies. All actors in the production will play instruments—we are especially looking for people who play piano, percussion, or bass. (Multi-instrumentalists who can play in the Big Band style are especially encouraged.)
[PIANIST]
20s-50s, any gender/ethnicity, experienced pianist comfortable playing jazz, blues, swing, and pop music from the 1930s-1940s. Strong singer comfortable singing tight harmonies. Dance experience a plus. (Multi-instrumentalists who can play in the Big Band style are especially encouraged.)
