SEEKING
Equity actor/singers for 2 available roles (Joseph and Pharaoh). All other roles have been cast.
PREPARATION
Your audition package should total no more than 3 minutes of prepared material. This
audition can include any of the following options:
1) 32 bars of a song
2) 16 bars of a song AND a 1 minute monologue

(Managing Director), Stephen Kummer (Music Director), as well as an accompanist.
An Equity Monitor will not be provided. The producer will run all aspects of audition.

http://www.studiotenn.com/audition-sign-ups . Once you fill out the online form, you will be contacted via email by our audition coordinator. If you do not have access to Internet or email, you may call 615-541-8200 to schedule an appointment. Please only call if you DO NOT have access to Internet or email. Equity Members without appointments will be seen throughout each audition day, as time permits. At this time, we are only seeking male actors for the roles of Joseph and Pharaoh. Actors must be 18 or over at time of auditions.

All roles CAST except for Joseph and Pharaoh.
JOSEPH - (Tenor) Eleventh and favorite son of Jacob, exhibits talent in interpreting dreams and predicting the future. Becomes estranged from his brothers as a result, but correctly predicts the Pharaoh’s future and rises to a great position of power in Egypt.
PHARAOH - (Tenor/Baritone) Considered a god on Earth in Egypt. Promotes Joseph to the highest power in government after he correctly interprets his dream.
