All roles available. Principal roles include:

JAY GATSBY – late 20’s/early 30’s. Handsome, quietly charismatic, a romantic and a dreamer. A charming leading man with a mysterious air.

NICK CARRAWY – late 20’s/early 30’s. Polite Midwesterner who is somewhat naïve. He is an honest man and takes people at their word. More pragmatic than most of the other characters.

DAISY BUCHANAN – late 20’s/early 30’s. Beautiful Southern Belle. Charming but unreliable, she drowns her pain in frivolity.

TOM BUCHANAN– early-mid 30’s. An ex-athlete with a strong build, he’s a bully who is used to getting his way with everyone. Daisy’s philandering husband with a jealous streak.

JORDAN BAKER – early-mid 30’s. A professional golfer with a quick wit and frank manner. She’s a bit of a tomboy, but loves to gossip.

DISNEY'S NEWSIES - Music by Alan Menken, Lyrics by Jack Feldman, Book by Harvey Fierstein

All roles available. Principal roles include:

JACK KELLY – early 20’s. High Tenor who dances well. The charismatic leader of the Manhattan newsies, Jack is artist at heart and longs to escape New York.

KATHERINE PLUMBER – early 20’s. Mezzo/Belter who dances well. An ambitious young reporter who works hard to make a name for herself as a legitimate journalist in a time when women aren’t taken seriously.

CRUTCHIE – late teens/early 20’s. Tenor who dances well. Jack’s best friend and the heart of the newsies gang. As his name implies, Crutchie uses a crutch to help with his “bum leg”, but he doesn’t let that stand in his way.

JOSEPH PULTIZER – 40’s-50’s. Tenor. The villain of the show, Pulitzer only cares about the bottom line. He’s a shrewd businessman who is not afraid to play hardball. Also Katherine’s father.

MEDDDA LARKIN – 40’s-50’s. Alto/Belter. A Vaudeville star and entrepreneur, Medda knows how to bring the house down. A performer with a big, brassy voice, a commanding stage presence and a warm heart.

DAVEY – late teens. Tenor who dances well. The brains of the operation, Davey is new to the newsies gang, trying to support his family while his dad is out of work. He’s the most educated of the group.

LES – 10-14 yrs old. Tenor. Davey’s younger brother who takes to selling papes like a fish to water. Great energy and lots of spirit.

THE ROOMMATE by Jen Silverman

The role of Robyn has been cast.

SHARON – 50’s. A Midwestern housewife whose life has been turned upside down by divorce. Sharon is ripe for change and finds it in unexpected ways. Seeking a smart actress who can convey naïveté but also has a bit of an edge.

ADA AND THE ENGINE by Lauren Gunderson

All roles available. All characters are British, a strong ear for dialect is required of all actors.

ADA BYRON LOVELACE – Ages from 18 to 36 over the course of the play. A brilliant mathematician with an artist’s soul. Funny, independent and proud. Seeking a versatile and strong leading lady.

CHARLES BABBAGE – Ages from 40’s to 60’s over the course of the play. A renowned mathematician who mentors Ada. He is charismatic and commanding, but can also be a little prickly.

LADY ANABELLA BYRON/MARY SOMMERVILLE – 40’s-50’s. This actress doubles as Ada’s stern mother who butts heads with her independent daughter, and Charles’s friend who also mentors Ada.

LORD LOVELACE/LORD BYRON – 30’s. This actor doubles as Ada’s fiancé/husband, a handsome man who is out of his depth with such a brilliant wife, and Ada’s absent father, the scandalous poet Lord Byron.

HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH by John Cameron Mitchell, Music & Lyrics by Stephen Trask

All roles available.

HEDWIG – 30’s. Rock tenor. A queer/non-binary character. Born as Hansel, but reinvented as Hedwig, an “internationally ignored song stylist.” Hedwig is a rock goddess and a wonderful storyteller with a great sense of humor. Seeking an actor who can truly rock, transform into different characters and hold the audience in the palm of their hand.

YITZHAK – 20’s/30’s. Rock belter. A queer/non-binary character. Hedwig’s “man Friday” – back-up singer, roadie and much-abused partner. Yitzhak is an incredible singer and former drag performer who has been relegated to back-up by Hedwig. Actor/musician could be useful in this role, but not mandatory.
