After a sold out run Off-Broadway in New York at 3 Legged Dog Theatre in downtown Manhattan, in April/May 2018, the production was picked up for a regional theatre run, which opened on the 28th February 2019 to a sold out audience and standing ovation, directed by Nathan Autrey. Casting includes Casey Bradley, Billy Nugent, Benjamin Lee Stanford, Prather Rehm, Shelby Wane, and Marine d’Aouré .

"Boeing, Boeing is a 1960s French comedy which takes place in Bernard's apartment overlooking the beautiful Parisian skyline. Bernard has been able to juggle three different air stewardess fiancées as a result of a well-planned schedule but things get a lot more complicated with the introduction of new, faster planes. When his friend Robert shows up all hell breaks loose as he attempts to keep "one up, one down, and one pending" until unexpected schedule changes bring all three to Paris, and Bernard's apartment, at the same time. Featuring a talented ensemble of professional actors from NYC"- https://www.backstagetheatre.org/201819-boeing-boeing

Casey Bradley is an Australian born actor based in New York, playing a German air hostess for Lufthansa airways in this farce comedy about polygamy, passion, and wit. Bradley worked on the role for over a year, using both the authentic Stanislavski Method approach and techniques in Farce and Physical Comedy. “Gretchen is by far one of my favourite roles to date" says Bradley. "She is a passionate woman who is not afraid to go after what she wants. Farce Comedy gives the actor permission to play this driving need to the extreme – physically, vocally and emotionally. I have been working with a vocal coach, Matthew Dudley, to give me the range vocally to play into the German stereotype that the role requires – a vicissitude between an extremely high pitch and a deep passionate resonance. Physically, I have been working a lot to ground myself and bring a sexual fluidity to the movement to express all of Gretchen’s desires, and in equal measure, her moments of moral resistance”.

“Breckenridge is a beautiful town that is snow-capped and brimming with patrons eager to embrace the story we have to tell" says Bradley. "We have been open only a few weeks and already the word-of-mouth has been filling the theatre every night. This play, as is the case with most comedies, thrives on the audience and it has been fantastic to play to full audiences every night".

“Comedy always comes from truth – preparing for this role, my pursuit was always to play the truth of the circumstances to find the comedy. People can recognise themselves within the behaviour found where characters are forced to confront issues. Every character has a driving need and drama is created when there is an obstacle in the path of that. Comedy is found in the behaviour of a character truthfully pursuing this need while trying to deal with the obstacle that is in their way, whether it is self-inflicted or placed there by someone else”.

Casey Bradley grew up in Melbourne, Australia and Bradley trained privately as an actress under the tutelage of esteemed Australian acting icon Colette Mann (Neighbours, Prisoner) in Australia, before receiving a place and scholarship to one of the top ten schools in the world for graduate acting training, The Actors Studio Drama School (ASDS) in Manhattan, New York. The faculty of the school is world class, with presidents Ellen Burstyn (The Exorcist, Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore, House of Cards), Alec Baldwin (Glengarry Glen Ross, 30 Rock, Saturday Night Live), Al Pacino (The Godfather, Serpico), and Dean Emeritus James Lipton (Inside The Actors Studio). While at ASDS Bradley participated in several episodes of 'Inside The Actors Studio'. Bradley trained under several world famous esteemed coaches, including Elizabeth KempSusan Aston, and Jacqueline Knapp. Graduating in 2018, Bradley was offered Finalist status for Lifetime Membership at The Actors Studio.

“It has been a great experience to transfer a show from New York to a regional theatre audience in Colorado. Inevitably spending a larger amount of time with a play allows for so much discovery and growth within the role, and the cast has such an enormous amount of trust in each other. It is a rare and wonderful ensemble to be a part of” says Bradley.

'Boeing Boeing' runs until the 31st March 2019. Tickets are made available to patrons, donors, and the general public. Visit:
