'Oscars Live on the Red Carpet,' The Official Oscar Pre-Show, Kicks Off Live at 3:30 p.m. PST/6:30 p.m. EST on ABC

"Oscars Live on the Red Carpet," the official pre-show for the most glamorous show in Hollywood, will give viewers live access to the night's nominees, performers and presenters beginning at 3:30 p.m. PST/6:30 p.m. EST on The ABC Television Network. The red carpet festivities will be hosted by actress and television personality Maria Menounos, award-winning journalist Elaine Welteroth, supermodel Ashley Graham, and actor and singer Billy Porter. Menounos, Welteroth and Graham will interview the nominees, performers and attendees as they arrive, while Porter provides all the
fashion and glamour commentary on Oscar Sunday.

Beginning at 4:30 p.m. PST/7:30 p.m. EST, they will be joined by Emmy-winning producer and renowned radio and TV personality Ryan Seacrest as he ushers the viewers watching from home into the final moments before the main event begins for an evening that is sure to delight audiences worldwide. This follows his duties on "E! Live From The Red Carpet: OSCARS 2019" where he co- hosts with Giuliana Rancic and serves as executive producer. E!'s complete multiplatform coverage begins at 10:00 a.m. PST/1:00 p.m. EST.


Ryan Seacrest

Billy Porter

Billy Porter is a Tony ? and GRAMMY Award-winning actor, singer, director, composer and playwright from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His electric portrayal of Pray Tell in FX's breakthrough series "Pose," earned him a Critics' Choice Award nomination. He recently starred in the eighth season of Ryan Murphy's acclaimed series "American Horror Story: Apocalypse." A veteran of the theatre, Porter most recently reprised his role as Lola in the smash hit Broadway musical "Kinky Boots," for which he won the 2013 Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical. His film credits include "Noel," "The Broken Hearts Club: A Romantic Comedy," "Intern" and "Twisted"; and additional television credits include

"Oscars Live on the Red Carpet" will be produced by Donna Gigliotti and Glenn Weiss, executive produced by R.A. Clark and directed by Gregg Gelfand. The 91 st OSCARS ? will be held on Sunday, Feb. 24, 2019, at the Dolby Theatre ® at Hollywood &
Highland Center ® in Hollywood and will be televised live on The ABC Television Network at 8:00 p.m. EST/5:00 p.m. PST. "The Oscars" also will be televised in more than 225 countries and territories worldwide.
