Queen to Perform at the OSCARS

The Motion Picture Academy took to social media to announce that Queen will perform at THE ACADEMY AWARDS on Sunday!

The band performs under the name Queen + Adam Lambert. Lambert fronts the band that includes two of the four original members, guitarist Brian May and drummer Roger Taylor.

The performance from Queen joins THE LINEUP of performances from the songs up for Best Original Song. Lady Gaga will perform "Shallow" from A Star is Born, Kendrick Lamar and SZA will perform "All the Stars" from Black Panther, Jennifer Hudson will sing Diane Warren's "I'll Fight" from RBG, and it was recently announced that Bette Midler will sing "The Place Where Lost Things Go" from Mary Poppins Returns. David Rawlings and Gillian Welch's "When a Cowboy Trades His Spurs for Wings" from The Ballad of Buster Scruggs will also be performed during the telecast.
