Ripley's Believe It or Not! Celebrates a Century of Strange

ORLANDO, Fla., Nov. 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ Celebrating a century, Ripley's Believe It or Not! is releasing a compendium of curiosities with its newest title, Ripley's Believe It or Not! 100 Years.

Filled with never-before-seen archival images, behind-the-scenes stories, and awe-inspiring fold-outs and attachments, Ripley's Believe It or Not! 100 Years allows readers to reminisce on the days of Robert Ripley's travels and broadcasts, the creation of the first Odditorium, and the company's expansion into a household name.

Since the release of the first "Believe It or Not!" cartoon in 1918, Ripley's is the company that made the unbelievable believable. This sense of wonder has inspired many, including "Garfield" creator Jim Davis, who shares his story in the introduction of Ripley's Believe It or Not! 100 Years.
