National Novel Writing Month at DREAM MIDTOWN in November

Do you have a novel stirring in your mind that you'd like to write? November is National Novel Writing Month or NaNoWriMo. This is a yearly, internet-based creative writing project where participants attempt to write a 50,000 word manuscript between November 1 and November 30.

Dream Midtown, the stylish hotel located at 210 West 55th Street, will be hosting special events for writers to attend.

Fishbowl at Dream Midtown will be hosting a special NaNoWriMo edition of Sofar Sounds on 11/16, where the artists will answer questions about their writing processes between sets. Also confirmed for Tuesday, 11/27 at 9:30am is a free writing workshop from Lindsay Champion, Food + Wellness Director at PureWow, and author of young adult novel, Someday, Somewhere. Location will be The Rickey at Dream Midtown. Guests are invited to RSVP online in the coming weeks.

For the whole month of November, luxurious, cozy cocktail lounge, The Rickey at Dream Midtown, will open M-F from 9am-2pm, as a space for writers to come and work on their masterpieces.
