OER CAMERA Comes To The Experimental Repertory Orchestra 12/8

Theatro Municipal de Sao Paulo's Experimental Repertory Orchestra presents OER CAMERA on Dec. 8.

The Experimental Repertory Orchestra (OER) was created in 1990 from a project of Maestro Jamil Maluf, and made official by Law 11.227 of 1992.

The objective of the OER is to train the highest quality orchestra professionals, the dissemination of a comprehensive and diversified repertoire that shows the broad scope of symphonic art as well as the formation of audiences.

His various series of concerts with renowned stars of erudite and popular music, as well as his productions of operas, ballets and recordings for TV, compose a program that, for several years, has been winning public and critical.

Among the various prizes he received is the Carlos Gomes Prize, as a highlight of erudite music.

From 2014 to 2016 the OER was directed by Maestro Carlos Moreno, returning to have Master Jamil Maluf as its Regent Titular from 2017, with Maestro Thiago Tavares, as Associate Regent.
