There’s someone on Instagram named brianrcarey who posted that appearing in the pre-show prologue will be their Broadway debut. Does performing in the lobby before the ‘show proper’ begins count as a Broadway debut in Actors Equity terms? I have a feeling the answer is “no” but maybe there’s a loophole I don’t know about.

I passed this week to buy tickets as a load-in was occurring. At this point, they don’t seem to have done anything with the entrances in terms of design.  
 

Speaking of pricing, I got two good seats (not exceptional…) in June for 269 each 🥵. I can’t imagine what they’ll go for after opening. Table sewers for the same night were 700 each.

she was also signed on to direct the Florence Welch Gatsby but had to drop out because of Cabaret.  She wants to direct Company.  Not surprising. Every British director seemingly loves to do their version of Cabaret and Company. Sam Mendes, Ruffus Norris, John Doyle, Marriane Elliot.

Is the stage door entrance/exit the same for the actors?

I was wondering that myself.  That alleyway is tight and scary.  I’m not sure how much of a renovation they did for this.  But I’m assuming the entrance will take us to the main lobby.  I doubt it will lead us through the basement of the theatre.
