He would have won in 2016 if he ran, Democrats found a way to grab defeat from the jaws of victory nominating Hillary Clinton.

I agree with this article. Especially with the younger crowd, the democratic canidate needs to be someone on the younger side. That’s the only chance we have, it needs to be some fresh blood who the public hasn’t seen that well.
If we keep putting up people who have been in the public eye for a while (examples include, Clinton, Biden, Sanders) it gives more ammunition to trump and his supporters to find stuff they have done wrong in the past.

Biden would be better off running (& winning) with either Beto or Kamala Harris and then opting not to run for a second term.
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

It’s going to be Trump 2020.
The only person who can put up a serious fight is, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. The reason I say that, is she is good at getting the younger crowd intrested in politics and that will encourage them to go to the polls.
If you put forth Biden, you are just looking to lose at that point.

I'm going to vote against Trump in 2020 but Trump is going to win in 2020.
The Democrats have learned nothing yet and have further divided themselves from working class middle america. Nothing has been done to bridge the divide between the split this country is in because everyone has been too busy doing impressively scary displays of moral tribalism. The Democrats still don't really understand why/how they lost in 2016 and have done nothing to change.
Trump's going to win 2020.

Ocasio-Cortez can't run in 2020. According to the Constitution the minimum age for the office is 35, and she'll only be 31.

Bribing and courting young people exclusively is misguided. This mix of Gen Z and millennials is one of the most politically engaged young generations ever, and there's only roughly a 28% turn out among them.
Even fewer of them show up during the primary process.
Involve them in the messaging and in the campaigning from the very beginning, but young people don't and have never cared about politics unless there is a war going on.
