The huge Oscar statue dragged across the stage wobbling was a sight to see. I heard Leslie Ann Warren was nothing short of... difficult. John Pizzarelli was great, and there was also the sublime Margaret Whiting singing "My Shining Hour." Any additional comments or memories? It lasted for 109 performances.
I saw Dream at a final preview and liked it. The dancing, singing and production values were terrific. Leslie Ann Warren seemed out of place on stage, but she didn’t embarrass herself and it was fun seeing Norma from Victor Victoria.

I was fascinated to read details about her behavior during DREAM but I can't remember which book I read it in. Does anyone know what I might have been reading? It was written in the last couple of years.
Just found the answer to my question. The book that I read that dedicated a chapter to Lesley Ann Warren bizarre behavior was Backstage Pass to Broadway: True Tales from a Theatre Press Agent by Susan L. Schulman.
