The Keith Kat Klub at Phoenix Arts

If anyone can get along to the Phoenix Arts Club on any Wednesday night to see The Keith Kat Klub they will see a performance from one of the most incredible talents currently performing on a London stage (or any any stage for that matter). I have been 4 times already this year and have been blown away each time.

Keith performs - and reinvents - classic songs made famous by a host of female divas with an eclectic mix of pop and musical theatre. He makes the audience laugh and makes them cry. Here's a short video promo clip:

Aside from performing his cabaret (and winning the 2017 Pride's Got Talent competition), Keith Ramsay's theatre credits include roles in 2 plays at Shakespeare's Globe - Dr Scroggy's War & Julius Caesar - and the title role in John Barry & Don Black's musical Billy at the Union Theatre. His TV credits include guest starring roles in Casualty, Shetland, New Tricks and Sky's Dylan Moran's Little Cracker.

I can't wait to see this phenomenal talent again! When he duets with the recorded voice of Judy Garland, you feel you are listening to two superstars performing - and his beautifully understated yet deeply emotionally charged performance of The Glory Of Love brings tears to my eyes every time.
