Issues in theatre

Hi, i am recently designing a product for theatre to resolve an issue which groups or individuals may have backstage. I have one idea of cramped conditions and how to improve this (due to dangerous conditions trending in the news currently) but does anyone else have any experience or ideas of the sort of issues performers and crew may have in theatre, any ideas would be much appreciated.
