This is for anyone, but I would like to hear from actors on Broadway or Tour if possible. What are your workout routines to stay in killer shape, or even to lose weight. Diets, Stretches, Workouts... anything will help! Thank you.
I thought this would be a Debbie Allen workout and I was TUNED in. I know those girls in the original Carrie never had to go to the gym because of Debbie’s choreo.
You could ask 50 different people and you’ll get 50 different answers. Every body is different and responds to exercise and diet regimes differently. Having said that, in a hypothetical poll of 50 professional actors, I image you’d find yoga, dance (duh), and resistance training to be common threads.
