As a 24 year old man of color, I can't tell you the emotion it gave me to see a founding father being played by a person of color. I've been fortunate enough to see Hamilton 3 different times with 3 different actors in the role. I've seen a Hispanic man play the role, an African American man play the role and an Asian American man play him. All 3 were great and it was profound to watch the anatomy of the story change when you see different colors of men play the part. It became an African american story, and then an Asian american story and so on and so on. It's a really beautiful show.
Which leads me to my topic. Who would you like to see play Hamilton in the future? And other roles also?
Some of my ideas: Heather Headley as Angelica Schuyler. For the role of Hamilton: Sam Richardson, Adam Jacobs, Christian Navarro ( star of 13 reasons why), Corbin Blue, Keith Bennett ( currently in Lion King).
Honestly, I love fresh faces in these roles. Think of all the stars this show has found already.
Who would I like to see? A brand new cast every year. Keep it fresh, keep it exciting. Get rid of the stale performances we are seeing right now (on Broadway at least).

I can't believe we're entering the third year of Lexi and Mandy as Eliza and Angelica. They've been at the Rodgers way too long for performances that don't really warrant a lengthy tenure.
To be fair, Luwoye is an insanely good Hamilton. He's been doing the role for about a year and a half now, but I saw him earlier this month and he is as fresh and powerful as ever.
I would kill to see Denee as Eliza. 100% would book a ticket and a plane tomorrow if that was announced.
I will echo that I would love to see many fresh faces continue to get their starts with Hamilton. The show is popular enough that they don't need known names, and have the luxury of plucking obscenely talented newcomers into the roles. I would love to see them utilize that more and focus on people who are perfect for the roles and bring something fresh and new

Alice Lee as Angelica, Kimino Glenn as Eliza. Julia Abueva from K-Pop was born to play any role in this show. I was also one of the few who liked Jordin Sparks in In The Heights and I think she would sing the **** out of Satisfied.
Someone brought this up on the other HAMCAST thread, but Ana Villafane as Angelica sounds amazing.
If i have to hear Mandy SCREAM her way through satisfied one more time -.-
I've seen the show 8 times now and I'm kind of over it. I'd only go back if they cast someone amazing in the leads, and not an unknown. I would give a kidney to have Renee come back and do angelica tho.
Can we just get Heather Headley back on Broadway in ANYTHING? She'd be an amazing Angelica!!! Low key I know she's too old, but she looks incredible so maybe we could have her do a reprise production of Aida? Or better yet her as Sarah in Ragtime? Just something

Brilliant.
I’d love to see Denee as Eliza and Adrienne Warren as Angelica, Brennyn Lark as Eliza, Angelica, or Peggy honestly. Ciara Renee as Angelica or Peggy. Heather Headley as Angelica. Saycon would have SLAYED Maria Reynolds a few years ago.
Maybe this is wrong but I’ve always wanted to see Tituss Burgess as Jefferson/Lafayette. He has the range, just not sure if he can rap! And after seeing this vid on Kimmy Schmidt, I think it’d be hilarious if he were to actually ever do it.
