Edgy Shows May 20-27

Hi all,

Looking to see some inventive theater while in town the week of May 20. We hoped to see The Grinning Man and Ferryman, but both seem to be closing before we arrive.

We're not into movie or jukebox musicals. We'd like to see something more edgy, play or musical - inventive staging, puppetry or dark/mature themes would be a plus.  I love Brief Encounter for the inventive staging, but have seen it many times.

Right now it's looking like we'll do Hamlet at the Globe, Killer Joe, Peter Pan at Regent's or Chess. ...Jamie looks interesting too.

Any opinions are welcome!
