Red Branch Theatre Company Opens CURIOUS GEORGE: THE GOLDEN MEATBALL, Announces Special Events

Red Branch Theatre Company (RBTC) presents Curious George: The Golden Meatball this month for a limited engagement. The musical play is based on the hit children's book series and animated franchise of the same name. Many family-oriented activities will be held in conjunction with the production that will run at Drama Learning Center, where Red Branch is the professional theatre in residence, from December 14-22.

Curious George: The Golden Meatball follows everybody's favorite monkey, Curious George-inquisitive and lovable-in an adventure-filled musical. All-You-Can-Eat Meatball Day comes only once a year. After a month of anticipation, George and his friend Chef Pisghetti are shocked to find that hungry crowd has vanished. Will George and Chef Pisghetti ever learn the secret ingredient to cooking?

Red Branch produces a family-friendly production every December, and Curious George continues in that tradition. Many special events will be held in conjunction with the production to encourage families to participate in live performing arts together. Family-friendly events include a Sensory-Friendly Performance, Post-Show Santa Sightings, Meet & Greets with the cast, and Parents' Night Out PJ Parties.

Curious George: The Golden Meatball is presented with permission through special arrangement with Music Theatre International.

Individual tickets available for purchase online at www.redbranchtheatrecompany.com or by calling the box office at (410) 997-9352.
