Ofek Levy was born and raised in Israel. He studies theater at the Thelma Yellin National High School of the Arts and works as a director and a writer in Israeli theaters (e.g., Tzavta, Hateder, The ZOA House).

Ofek wrote and directed the plays: "Who Did You Call Crazy?", "Ellipsis" and his last play "Psycho-Log" at the Tzavta Theater in Tel Aviv in which he also played the leading role.
