In 2013, Yuu Shirota met Ramin Karimloo through the concert series 'Four Stars: One World of Broadway Musicals'. And now, five years later, the two are going to be dueting on Shirota's upcoming album. On October 24th, Shirota will release his first musical-themed album: a project titled 'A Singer', featuring a duet with Ramin.

On Tuesday night, England faced off with Columbia in the world cup, the game dramatically ending in a penalty shoot-out. However, according to the BBC, two Nottingham theatergoers couldn't wait until the musical they were attending ended - so they watched the game on their phones in the front row. Several cast members of the production Titanic the Musical took to twitter to express their outrage at the two audience members.

BroadwayWorld recently announced that stage and screen star Will Chase will join Kelli O'Hara in the Broadway-bound Roundabout Theatre Company's production of Kiss Me, Kate. Roundabout welcomes back longtime friends of the theater: Tony winner Kelli O'Hara who was nominated for her role in the 2006 revival of The Pajama Game opposite Harry Connick, Jr., and Will Chase returns to Roundabout following his Tony nominated role in 2012 revival of The Mystery of Edwin Drood. In 2016, O'Hara and Chase also starred in a sold-out benefit concert reading of Kiss Me, Kate directed by Scott Ellis. Tony-Award Winner Carol Burnett stopped by The Cher Show at the Oriental Theatre in Chicago to visit her designer-of-choice, Bob Mackie. She was there to support his new show starring Stephanie J. Block at the final dress rehearsal before opening night.

Meet Josh Strobl: it might not be a name you recognize now, but don't be surprised when you see it lighting up a marquee on Broadway in the next few years. That's not only because he is crazy talented and currently a student at University of Michigan (which can claim Pasek & Paul, Gavin Creel, and Darren Criss as alumni), but he was also the winner of the 2016 Best Performance by an Actor Jimmy Award.

Broadway Producer David Richenthal admitted in a settlement with the office of the New York State Attorney General to using the family's charity assets to pay for personal expenses, including travel. In total, he confessed to stealing up to $500,000. Additionally, he made a large grant using his family's foundation funds as a settlement with a former romantic partner.

The 2018 Olympic Gold Medalists, US Curling Team champions attended the hit comedy The Play That Goes Wrong and made their Broadway debut at their first ever Broadway show on Friday night.

Two-time Tony Award Winner Norbert Leo Butz is about to take the stage again this year in the Broadway Revival of My Fair Lady as Alfred P. Doolittle -- a part that won George Rose the Tony back in 1976. Butz is one of only nine actors who have won the Best Actor Tony twice (alongside stars like Nathan Lane). As he prepares to take stage yet again, let's reflect on his career: all twenty two years of it!
