Based on the novel written by Victor Hugo, NOTRE DAME DE PARIS has been a best-selling musical in Korea for the past few years. Its opening number, 'The Age of the Cathedrals' is a popular audition song and was sung in different media platforms by several popular musical actors. That is why this year's production gained more attention than ever. The grand 10th-anniversary production of NOTRE DAME DE PARIS is currently performing in the Grand Theater of Sejong Center for the Performing Arts until August 5th.

This season is meaningful in that it's the 1000th performance in Korea. With original cast members such as Choi Jeongwon and Ivy and new members such as Kim Jiwoo, the show once again managed to show the audiences why CHICAGO is one of Broadway's longest-running shows and why CHICAGO is a must-see piece of work.

The theater doors opened and as the audience made their way toward the exit, I could see some people wipe tears from their face, while others were murmuring about how the music was moving. It came to me that once again, BARE: THE MUSICAL has managed to not only 'touch my soul' but the audience's heart.
