Trevor Noah To Embark On End Of Days Australian Tour Trevor Noah is the most successful comedian in South Africa. He is currently the host of Emmy and Peabody Award winning television show The Daily Show. In 2017 The Daily Show was nominated for a Writers Guild Award (Comedy/Variety Series). Noah also recently won Best Host at the 2017 MTV Movie & TV Awards as well as a Creative Arts Emmy Award for Outstanding Short Form Variety Series for his hosting of The Daily Show. He returns to Australia for a national tour starting in Melbourne on 23 August.

He recently debuted his 9th comedy special Afraid Of The Dark on Netflix, filmed at the Beacon Theatre in New York. In 2015 he debuted his stand-up special Trevor Noah; Lost In Translation on Comedy Central. His Showtime comedy special, Trevor Noah: African American premiered in 2013. In 2015 he won Personality of the Year at the MTV Africa Music Awards. Trevor's success has also spanned to sold out shows on five continents including three tours in Australia.

Born in South Africa to a black South African mother and a white European father, Noah has hosted numerous television shows including South Africa's Music, Television and Film Awards, The South African Comedy Festival and two seasons of his own late-night talk show Tonight With Trevor Noah. He made his US television debut in 2012 on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Late Show With David Letterman, becoming the first South African stand-up comedian to appear on either late night show. He released his first book Born A Crime: Stories from A South African Childhood, which was an instant New York Times best seller and his performance on the Born A Crime audio book was Audibles highest rated audio book of 2016 and has remained one of the top selling titles since its release. Noah turns his focus inward, giving readers an intimate look at the world that shaped him. These are true stories, sometimes dark, occasionally bizarre, frequently tender, and always hilarious.
