American Repertory Ballet Announces Free 'Meet The Dancers' ON POINTE Event On Friday, September 14, at 5:15 p.m., American Repertory Ballet will host a FREE event 'Meet the Dancers' as part of its On Pointe Series. This casual get-together is an opportunity to meet Artistic Director Douglas Martin, Resident Choreographer and Ballet Master Mary Barton plus the 2018-2019 company of American Repertory Ballet.

Mr. Martin will talk about ARB's ambitious 2018-2019 performance season, which kicks off with American Made: Paul Taylor and Other Works, for two performances, September 21 and 22, 7:30 p.m., at Rider University's Bart Luedeke Center Theater.

The 2018-2019 Company dancers are: Tanner Bleck, Daniel Cooke, Annie Johnson, Marie Tender, Shaye Firer, Aldeir Monteiro, Emily Parker, Erikka Reenstierna-Cates, Ryoko Tanaka, Marie Tender, Journy Wilkes-Davis, and Nanako Yamamoto.

ARB launched On Pointe in 2010 to make ballet and related topics more accessible to the community. The enrichment series brings guest speakers, lecture demonstrations, company performance previews and panel discussions to seasoned dance enthusiasts and new students alike, on a monthly basis. On Pointe events are free and open to the public and are held at 5:15 p.m. at the Princeton Ballet School (301 North Harrison Street, in the Princeton Shopping Center, above McCaffrey's Supermarket).
