Faith, Fear, Lust, and Longing combust in Arthur Miller's retelling of one of the strangest and most horrible chapters of American history - the Salem Witch Trials. Director Norman Lewis shares, "I am so incredibly excited to be bringing Millers The Crucible to Las Cruces Community Theatre. I cant think of a better time to be asking the hard questions about our relationship between truth and lies, reflecting on how that relationship changes when, due to extreme societal circumstances, groups of people feel paralyzed by fear and are bereft of any kind of personal agency. I cannot wait to have this vital, eerily prescient classic in conversation with the Las Cruces-El Paso audience."

Arthur Miller's 'The Crucible" LCCT Presents continues for two more weekends at LCCT, 313 N. Main St. Shows are 7:30 p.m.. Fridays and Saturdays, Feb. 8-9 and 15-16, and 2 p.m. Sundays, Feb. 10 and 17. For reservations and more information, call 575-523-1200 and visit www.lcctnm.org.
